Grillpar Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person not acting in commercial activity who enters into a distance contract with the trader.

Day: Calendar day.

Continuous Contract: A distance contract covering regular delivery of products and/or services over a period of time.

Durable Medium: Any instrument that allows information to be stored for future reference.

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel the contract within the withdrawal period.

Trader: The natural or legal person who sells products/services at a distance.

Distance Contract: A contract concluded through remote communication (e.g., internet).

Means of Distance Communication: Communication tools used for concluding contracts (e.g., email, web).

Article 3 - Scope

These terms apply to all distance contracts between Grillpar and consumers.

Article 4 - Offers

Prices are stated excluding customs and import VAT.
The carrier (e.g., Postnord) will charge import VAT upon delivery to the EU.

Article 5 - Contract Formation

The contract becomes binding when the consumer accepts these terms.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

14-day withdrawal period from product receipt.
Product must be returned in original packaging.

Article 7 - Return Costs

The consumer bears return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Article 8 - Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

Does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products

  • Hygiene products with broken seals

  • Activated digital goods

Article 9 - Prices

Price adjustments are permitted only in case of VAT changes.

Article 10 - Warranties

Grillpar warrants that products meet agreed specifications.

Article 11 - Delivery

Maximum delivery time: 30 days
Consumer may cancel order in case of delayed delivery

Article 12 - Subscription Cancellation

1 month notice period for continuous contracts

Article 13 - Payment

Payment must be made within 7 working days.

Article 14 - Complaints

Must be reported within 7 days of defect discovery
Response within 14 days

Article 15 - Disputes

These terms and conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Article 16 - CESOP

Payment data may be reported according to EU regulations.
