Grillpar Return Policy

Return Period
Grillpar accepts returns within 14 days after you receive your package. Returns after this period cannot be processed.

Return Requirements

Items must be in original condition with original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons.

For defective products: Take photos/videos and contact customer service for return cost reimbursement.

Reason for return
If you do not receive a return address before sending the item back, we cannot guarantee processing.

Packaging Requirements

Use the original packaging or a sturdy box with padding.

Include the order number on a note inside the package.

Refund Time

Processing time: 5–7 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.

Refund to credit card: 2–7 business days (depending on the bank).

Special Cases

Gifts: May be kept upon return.

Lost return package? Provide documentation with the tracking number.

Wrong address/Not picked up? Additional fee of 200 SEK.
