Refund Policy

Grillpar Return Policy

  1. Return Period

Grillpar accepts returns within 14 days after you receive your package. Returns after this period cannot be processed.

  1. Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons.

  • For defective products: Take photos/videos and contact customer service for return cost reimbursement.

  1. Return Process

Send an email to hello@grillpar.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

If you do not receive a return address before sending the item back, we cannot guarantee processing.

  1. Packaging Requirements

  • Use the original packaging or a sturdy box with padding.

  • Include the order number on a note inside the package.

  1. Refund Time

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.

  • Refund to credit card: 2–7 business days (depending on the bank).

  1. Special Cases

  • Gifts: May be kept upon return.

  • Lost return package? Provide documentation with the tracking number.

  • Wrong address/Not picked up? Additional fee of 200 SEK.
