Grillpar Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:59 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

At Grillpar, we always choose the greenest and most eco-friendly shipping option. The good news? This sustainable shipping method is always free for our customers, regardless of order size or destination.
Delivery Times by Country
Estimated delivery times (including weekends) are 5–7 business days for the following countries:

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections or high carrier workload.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the EU. We are working on expanding our delivery options in the future.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs checks or carrier delays. Grillpar cannot be held responsible for external delays.
